Doug brings over 15 years of top-level real estate sales and management experience to our Team. He had served as a multi-unit market manager for Eddie Bauer stores along with a similar position for Pier 1 Imports stores. In 1994, he completed his training & received certification as a licensed Realtor. He provides service to the entire suburban tri-county area with a special focus on the Main Line residential market. At every level of his career, he has become well known for his honesty, integrity and consistent sales production.

An active member of the National, PA State and Suburban West Realtors Associations, Doug has earned the “Executive Club” & "100% Club" distinctions from RE/MAX, Inc. These awards are offered by RE/MAX Corporate in recognition of outstanding sales results. In addition, Doug is the Director of Training & Development for the Team and is actively perusing his PA Broker's license. In his leisure time, he enjoys tennis, golf and traveling with his wife & two young children. Although a native of Delaware and Montgomery Counties, he and his family currently reside in Charlestown Township, Chester County.

Roisin brings several years experience to the Furman team. Born and raised in the Lower Merion area she is very familiar with the Main Line and the surrounding areas where she focuses on her career in residential Real Estate. Her educational background in Communications from Cabrini College has prepared her for the many different challenges and focuses in Real Estate. In addition Roisin has 6 years of experience in management which has helped her be an excellent support role for her clients.

Roisin comes from a large family of contractors which introduced her to her passion for Real Estate at an early age. She brings a dedicated spirit to the Furman Team and Real Estate.

Roisin is also active outside Real Estate she enjoys traveling, she has had the opportunity of traveling to many different countries throughout the world. She also has ahobby of freelance photography.

Maria Cipparone is the Operations and Marketing Coordinator as well as a licensed agent with the Brett Furman Team. She handles all the daily operations and marketing for the agents and is a huge asset to the team having over eight years of experience working as an administrative assistant. She handles all of the team’s clients, paperwork and conveyancing.

Maria also manages all of the new listings, the web site, creates direct mailing for properties, researches target marketing, coordinates the appointment center information, writes press releases, helps with the sales promotion, takes digital images & room dimensions of properties, writes the ad copy for the all aspects of marketing homes & produces and links all the virtual tours. These are some of the many contributions Maria provides to the team.

Maria is very active outside of real estate. She is a supporter of Race for the Cure and fundraising for breast cancer research. She enjoys spending time with her large family, reading and bowling.
